A dining room table for six, with full diner set and support contents for 8 people. Details of Kitchen plus appliances: Fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry machine, microwave, coffeemaker, express boiler, toaster, iron with board etc. Balcony details plus furniture: Large balcony overlooking the terrace and the pool, with a small side view to the Torralta beach. It has outside diner table with six plastic patio chairs and two pool chairs. Complex Details Swimming pool details including children: There is a large pool with a wet bar and yes there is a children’s pool. Bars, restaurants etc: Various Portuguese food restaurants 5 minutes walking away, one specializing in seafood. The other is haute-cuisine and expensive. Several mini markets about 5 minutes by car. Downtown at Alvor, about 20 minutes walking, you have more and diverse possibilities. Grounds: (flowers walkways etc) One of the best out doors space and gardens that you can find in Alvor and surrounding area. Any thing else of interest: The condo is not far from the Alto Golf, about 5 minutes walking distance. Alvor is close to some of Algarve’s most fascinating tourism destinations like the Monchique mountains (about 40 minutes driving) Lagos (30 minutes driving). Sagres the birthplace of the Portuguese discoveries with its 1700 century old fort overlooking the Atlantic. Sagres is very lively from April to October & has a fill range of nightlife (30 minutes driving) and many other interesting places to visit. Two Golf clubs 5 minutes away. The Alto Golf and the Hotel Delfin Golf. The famous Penina Golf (has held the Portuguese Open a few times, I think) is down by the road to Lagos and it is about 15 to 20 minutes driving.
